Quill was the first defeat I had. Several things learned here. One, blunder fighting ends with this behemoth. At this point you need to know your weapon and combos, at the very least, you need to know some of them. Managing heals and Aether vents is crucial, It’s the monster that starts tactical combat in the game. His charges and side slams are predictable, learn the signals for them, dodge is crucial no more laying in without discrimination. Use frenzy potions to counter his rage, drive him away from vents, his side slam leaves him vulnerabl. The key is movement with this mob, the lesson is stay mobile, dive in and learn when to quit. That’s the lesson, forget anything else, Quill is made to teach dodge and tactical dives.
