Your mentor Kat Sorrel has determined you should speak with the Middleman, a mysterious figure who can create and modify Behemoth cells that add different powers and functionality to your gear.

Quest Start:
The Middleman: "Hello, Slayer. I've been expecting you. Perhaps you were also expecting me? I believe we may be of service to one another. Perhaps today, perhaps tomorrow, but sooner or later everyone comes to see the Middleman."
"Who am I? This is unimportant. It is what I can do for you that matters. I can take any Behemoth cells you have gathered and combine them into new and better ones... for a price. I also create new cells from scratch that you may acquire... also for a price."
"I see you are not easy to convince. I'll tell you what. You need not risk your own property this first time. I happen to have a collection of cells that may be of use to you. Consider them yours—a show of gratitude for one who has already done so much for this city."
