War Pikes in Dauntless is a Weapon Category. A gradual build with a powerful payoff. Inflict tactical wounds to build up your meter, then pack that power into devastating mortar rounds. The more you store, the more they hurt. War Pikes is considered as a support type of weapon where one constantly inflicts wounds on a Behemoth making it easier for your team to cut down parts and quickly slay a Behemoth, with a mix of attacks for both close and mid-range, there is no doubt that a slayer wielding a war pike can guarantee wounding its foes - these can be crafted by Wils Bormen, the town's weaponsmith, into various types made from trophies (Breakparts) obtained from Behemoths. These provide a variety of both offensive and defensive moves that are used while in a hunt - Mods and Abilities are obtained from meeting a specific level of mastery, and only one type of each category can be equipped.
